Flower Folly

VERY POOR! I went through Sefton Park and originally enquired through the firle store (which by the way has closed down!) Not only was my bouquet NOT what I asked for (and I showed a photo of what I exactly wanted), but ALL the flowers on all my bouquets were burnt and withered, they actually looked really old, some of the flowers were ripped on the outside, as if they tried to peel off some of the bad petals. The bridesmaids bouquets were the same and still had THORNS on the stems that were really really long and stuck out weirdly. I asked for a big simple red rose bouquet with roses very close together and a little greenery around the outside and just a bit in the middle. I got a small bouquet with heaps of greenery on the outside and the inside, spaced out old roses and big long stems and untidy ends.THEY HAD GREEN BUDS STICKING OUT EVERYWHERE....ROSES THAT HADN'T EVEN BLOOMED ON MY BOUQUET & STICKING OUT OF THE BOUQUET HIGHER THAN THE OTHER ROSES!! The corsages were too heavy and fell forward off the ladies shirts, and the grooms buttonhole broke! 3 bouquets and 10 buttonholes cost $480...expensive for the poor quality. Disappointed about the quality of the flowers we received and how poor they look in our photos! It's really not acceptable to receive such old and battered flowers and they cannot even blame the weather.....my wedding day was a prefect 24 degrees with a sprinkle shower. ALL THE FLOWERS I GOT FROM FLOWER FOLLY WERE BURNT/WITHERED/OLD and this really surprised me because the owners of this business seem to be nice people. Too bad their flowers are not!
